Senate President James Coleman will serve as the keynote speaker for the 3rd annual National Civics Bee Colorado State Finals. 18 Middle school students from across the state will be participating, and the winner will advance to the National Finals in Washington, D.C., for the chance to win $100,000 in scholarships and prizes.
