In honor of Martin Luther King Jr., Colorado Senate President James Coleman will deliver remarks during the main stage program, aligned with the 2026 theme “I Am The Dream.” 

Senator Coleman joins a panel with other Black legislators to share their responses on: why they ran for office; who they represent; what they stand for; what are their priorities for 2026; what is the state of Black Colorado; why should we run for office.
